Summary
In a world that is focused on what’s wrong, I am part of the movement that focuses on what’s right and I work with people to empower them to better leverage their strengths. This workshop is designed to help people discover, understand, build and leverage their strengths in their everyday life to live a more fulfilled life. If science has proven that it is twice as important to focus on our strengths, why is it so hard to do it in our everyday life? And why do less than 20% of people feel that they use their strengths daily at work?
