This workshop is built to provide you with a mental fitness routine that you can incorporate in your daily life in no more than 15 minutes. Throughout the workshop, you will have the opportunity to engage in interactive activities and group discussions to reinforce the concepts presented in the areas of Gratitude, Mindfulness, Relationshionships, Meaning, and Balance (the 5 categories of the Happy Action Cards).
